The docs home opens with Why SMEme: why business rules don’t belong in prompts, and what a rational AI does differently.
Quick start is now three steps: connect and check SMEme, choose and build a decision tree (from a written procedure, by having your agent observe your work, or by brainstorming), then Deploy, List, and try it in a new chat.
Questions can carry hints on where to find their answers and where not to look. Your agent reads them while it runs the tree.
Run a tree explains each kind of report result and how to send a batch of answers in one shot. Ask more has prompts for which answers decided an outcome, what-if, and what it would take to reach another outcome.

Per-user sample decision tree: dashboard Load sample, or the first empty smeme_reasoning_list, creates a Deployed + Listed walkthrough (sample_key: smeme_sample_v1). It uses one tree slot. Get a first report without an LLM via Core examples/smeme_apply_sample.py.
Connect your agent, Deploy, list, & delete, and Plans & usage document both sample doors, list id vs later decision_tree_id, and that a persistent empty list is recovery — not the ordinary first run.

Creator docs are publicly readable (anonymous + signed-in). Delete your account remains authenticated only and is omitted from anonymous navigation.
Public pages add unique titles, meta descriptions, absolute canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, and BreadcrumbList / TechArticle (or WebPage) JSON-LD aligned with visible content.
Answer-first introductions and product vocabulary pass: decision tree, Deploy/Redeploy, Listed/Hidden, Live/Stale, report. /docs/mcp targets creator setup; public /mcp remains the tool wire reference.

Connect your agent — documented MCP authoring: build or revise a draft in chat (agent constructs dt_graph_json; SMEme validates and saves), then review, Deploy, and choose Listed or Hidden in the editor.
